• time of consent and consent text version, chosen language, page of submission, browser identifier, and an irreversible hash of the IP address to prevent abuse

3. Purpose

Answering your registration of interest and sending you information about the R13 Urban Homes project (for example floor plans or the start of sales).

4. Legal basis

Your voluntary consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). You may withdraw consent at any time without giving reasons. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

5. Retention

We keep the data until consent is withdrawn.

Processors handle the data only on the controller's instructions. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses provide appropriate safeguards.
